Requirements

- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis (e.g., time-series, regression, causal modeling).
- Proficiency in 'Retail Math' and deep understanding of business performance drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience navigating ambiguous datasets and building scalable analytical frameworks.
- Proven track record of influencing business strategy through data-driven insights.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
- Strong communication and influence skills for executive-level performance discussions.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand forecasting models to support annual planning and re-forecasting cycles for eCommerce businesses.
- Initiate planning and forecasting for strategic partners and core business performance.
- Prepare weekly business reviews and MBR presentations with performance analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Analyze performance drivers and variances against forecasts, providing root-cause analysis.
- Lead scenario modeling for promotional strategy, including lift, cannibalization, and margin impact assessment.
- Maintain ongoing competitive and market intelligence to influence product and promotional strategy.
- Act as the source of truth for key business metrics across Registry, WWS, and Paper.
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives and predictive model enhancement for revenue optimization.
- Support strategic projects including market sizing, competitive analysis, and investment ROI modeling.
