Requirements
- Occupational Health and Safety experience covering multiple countries and regions.
- Hands-on experience managing the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) process and implementing required accommodations.
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partners.
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and implement new processes.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- A growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to shift tasks and priorities quickly.
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute solutions for Occupational Health and Safety matters with minimal supervision across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead the ADA Process for employees requesting job accommodations due to medical conditions or disabilities.
- Partner with HR, legal, operations, and external healthcare providers to evaluate and implement reasonable accommodations.
- Manage integration between Workers’ Compensation, FMLA/STD/LTD, and ADA to facilitate safe Return-to-Work plans.
- Manage the relationship and deliverables of current OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
- Coordinate and execute country Occupational Health and Safety internal audits to support compliance with local regulations.
- Partner with the People and Legal teams to draft and develop new Health and Safety policies.
