- 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience with ADA accommodations, workplace investigations, and leave administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA).
- Experience leading or owning a specialized People function (e.g., L&D, Compensation, People Analytics).
- Proficiency in leveraging HR technology, HRIS platforms, and performance management systems.
- Ability to use workforce analytics and data to drive organizational strategy and decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and team events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary PBP for corporate managers and leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Guide managers through performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, ADA accommodations, and leave administration.
- Develop insights using workforce analytics to influence strategic business decisions and measure initiative impact.
- Own a dedicated People Team function such as Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, or People Analytics.
- Champion the use of AI and People technology to improve operational efficiency and scale programs.
- Mentor other People Business Partners to elevate consultative practices across the team.
