Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Experience in disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use data for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong EQ and active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to advise on people needs, organizational structure, performance management, and compensation.
- Manage the end-to-end employee experience, including career development, feedback cycles, and attrition analysis.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching on performance and career goals.
- Empower and upskill managers on HR best practices and complex people issues.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices across the business.
- Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, Benefits, HRIS) to deliver cohesive HR programs.
