Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness.
  • High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or related fields is an asset.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to transform data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments while driving measurable results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution and execution of enterprise talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead and support key talent processes, including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and individual development planning.
  • Simplify and enhance talent practices to improve the experience of employees and people leaders.
  • Contribute to strategic HR and culture initiatives focused on organizational transformation and future ways of working.
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to successfully implement enterprise-wide programs.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, communications, and materials for senior leadership discussions.
  • Analyze talent and culture data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve organizational impact.
  • Support leadership reporting, strategic analyses, and high-priority workforce initiatives.
  • Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and business functions.
