Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company
  • Proven experience in daily client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (LMR) review processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time based on client needs
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal
  • Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop client agendas, presentations, project briefs, and scope of work
  • Lead or support calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts
  • Provide direction to support teams on project management, objectives, and deliverables
  • Mentor and supervise personnel at the Associate, Account, and Senior Account Executive levels
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and market opportunities for clients
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring project financial health
  • Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines
