Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company
- Proven experience in daily client-facing roles
- Demonstrated experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (LMR) review processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time based on client needs
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal
- Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients
- Develop client agendas, presentations, project briefs, and scope of work
- Lead or support calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts
- Provide direction to support teams on project management, objectives, and deliverables
- Mentor and supervise personnel at the Associate, Account, and Senior Account Executive levels
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and market opportunities for clients
- Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring project financial health
- Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines
