Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent discipline.
- 7+ years of client services experience in a high-volume advertising agency.
- Proven experience working within a pharma agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience with brand launches.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong self-motivation and professional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use independent judgment to bridge brand and creative strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal services team.
- Develop relationships with and manage key opinion leaders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s brand, therapeutic area, and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Lead and mentor direct reports within the client services department.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure rigorous quality control.
- Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to drive campaign success.
