Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency setting.
- Extensive background in digital tactics focused on websites.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven proficiency in Market Access.
- Experience managing MLR submissions in Veeva.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing pharma brand launches in rare disease is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital brand websites with a focus on Market Access.
- Oversee MLR submissions using Veeva.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on business goals.
- Provide expert counsel and communicate brand objectives to the agency team.
- Guide project development across strategy, creative, technical, and analytics teams.
- Document scope requests, author project briefs, and write Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Partner with leadership to monitor revenue, profit, and scope risks.
