Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject
  • At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company
  • Daily client facing experience
  • Medical, legal, regulatory (LMR) review experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
  • Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal
  • Manage and grow business opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop client agendas, presentations, and project briefs
  • Lead calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts
  • Provide direction to support teams on project management, objectives, and milestones
  • Mentor junior personnel including AAE, AE, and SAE levels
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations
  • Monitor project financials and ensure accurate labor hour tracking
