Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject
- At least 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company
- Proven experience with daily client-facing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 10-15% as dictated by client needs
- Leadership and team mentorship capabilities
- Strong detail orientation and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal
- Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients
- Develop project briefs, scopes of work, and client-facing presentations
- Lead and support client calls, including coordination with LMR, faculty, and content experts
- Direct support teams on project management, milestones, and deliverables
- Mentor and supervise Associate, Account, and Senior Account Executives
- Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations, and monitor financial performance
- Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines
