Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&D content creation.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on operational or process-based training.
- Demonstrated portfolio of training programs, SOPs, or curriculum built from scratch.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-department operations with 50+ employees.
- Proven experience leading SME extraction sessions and converting verbal knowledge into structured content.
- Experience architecting training platforms end-to-end, including information hierarchy and role-based learning paths.
- Strong written communication skills for translating technical processes into accessible training.
- Experience establishing and maintaining content update cycles aligned with operational changes.
Responsibilities
- Build training content, SOPs, and workflow documentation from scratch for multiple operational teams.
- Design structured learning paths for new hire onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing skill development.
- Conduct structured interviews with subject matter experts and managers to extract and validate undocumented operational workflows.
- Translate complex, multi-step procedures into clear, accessible training materials.
- Own content architecture and establish governance standards, including version control and maintenance cycles.
- Partner with leadership to identify training gaps and prioritize content development.
- Build feedback loops with operational teams to iterate on training design and improve performance.
