Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience designing and developing complex training programs using blended learning, eLearning, and digital learning approaches.
  • Strong portfolio of learning materials created with tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
  • Experience evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, performance metrics, and learner feedback.
  • Advanced facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify learning needs and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience administering and reporting through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality learning solutions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end training programs, including needs analysis, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation.
  • Previous experience mentoring or coaching trainers or learning professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex instructional materials using blended learning, eLearning, microlearning, and other modern learning approaches.
  • Create engaging learning resources, digital content, workshops, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences across different levels of the organization.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning to develop effective learning experiences.
  • Partner with training leaders and stakeholders to manage learning projects from initial concept through delivery and evaluation.
  • Conduct learner needs assessments and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, performance metrics, and other measurement methods.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality learning content using eLearning authoring tools and digital learning platforms.
  • Support mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives for other learning professionals and trainers.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
