Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed mental health clinician.
- Must hold an Arkansas license or LPC in a compact state.
- Must be willing to join the counseling compact.
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Experience working with youth or young adults is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and outcome software.
- Confidence integrating modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
- Must have evening availability to meet client needs.
- Must be able to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual telehealth therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients.
- Participate in regular case discussions to leverage clinical expertise.
- Manage a caseload with group services consisting of up to 8 clients.
- Maintain professional standards while providing high-quality care to clients.
- Integrate clinical modalities to support sustainable healing and client outcomes.
