Requirements
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in North Carolina: LCSW-A, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults highly preferred.
- Well-versed in integrating multiple therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI.
- Proficient with cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox.
- Experience with EMR systems and outcomes software.
- Must have evening availability for full-time roles.
- Passionate and skilled in facilitating group services.
- Collaborative and engaging in a virtual/video environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Participate in case discussions to leverage the expertise of others.
- Develop new skills and perspectives through professional collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with clients through individual and group therapy.
- Manage and maintain client caseloads in a remote, virtual environment.
