Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Oregon.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence.
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy.
- Implement treatment plans in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Document all services and patient activities in compliance with best clinical practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
