Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Must be an independently licensed mental health clinician (LPC in any compact state or any independent license in Arkansas).
- Must hold or be willing to join the compact.
- Experienced in working with teens and young adults.
- Well-versed and confident in integrating multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI.
- Skilled and passionate about providing group mental health services.
- Proficient with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
- Full-time roles require 40 hours/week with evening availability.
- Part-time roles require a minimum of 12 hours/week.
- Must be able to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Participate in case discussions to leverage the expertise of others.
- Build strong relationships with clients through group therapy sessions.
- Maintain a consistent and predictable weekly schedule.
- Engage with clients in a collaborative, creative, and professional manner on video.
