Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a technical implementation, IT support, or automation engineering role.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and integrate SaaS tools.
- Experience with M365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Proficiency with API-based integrations.
- Proficiency with at least one automation platform such as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or n8n.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools and configuration in a business context.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security considerations for cloud and AI deployment.
- Strong documentation habits for producing clear SOPs, configuration guides, and implementation logs.
- Ability to work independently from scoping documents or engagement plans.
- Prior exposure to legal tech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy AI tools as specified in engagement plans, such as Copilot for M365, Harvey, Clio Duo, and Casetext.
- Build, test, and document automations and AI-assisted workflows using platforms like Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Conduct technical environment setup, including tenant configuration, user provisioning, API connections, and QA validation.
- Perform data mapping and light data migration tasks to support AI tool onboarding.
- Maintain implementation logs, configuration notes, and handoff documentation in team systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment while escalating blockers to the fCTO.
- Contribute reusable templates, implementation checklists, and workflow SOPs to the practice library.
- Stay current on legal AI tooling and support the fCTO in pre-engagement technical feasibility scoping.
