Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, TAM, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support).
- Domain knowledge of one or more: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic outcomes with a high level of autonomy in a customer portfolio.
- Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes or practices.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional internal teams.
- Preferred: Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux, and security domains.
Responsibilities
- Drive business success planning by partnering with customers and internal teams to align on requirements and goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for needs to internal product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge of company products to help customers optimize their security configurations.
- Collaborate with customers and educational teams to ensure product usage best practices and security principle adherence.
- Manage account health, develop stakeholder relationships from technical users to CISOs, and support renewal and expansion strategies.
