Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience supporting program, business, or healthcare operations, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing operations across multiple workstreams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple operations, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance metrics.
- Experience developing reports and interacting with cross-functional teams to support business operations and executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and government stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams to support efficient execution of contract objectives.
- Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with program leadership, functional teams, and government stakeholders to support value stream management and operational planning.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve program performance.
- Support workforce readiness, training coordination, and operational enablement activities that promote successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize operational processes, and improve overall program effectiveness.
