Requirements
- 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships.
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desired.
- Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry highly preferred.
- Import/export certification or broker license is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to our 3PL warehouses and outbound shipping to customers.
- Oversee 3PL relationships including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management.
- Lead warehouse/DC operations including QA, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Execute customer routing guides and support logistics for trade shows and display unit fabrication.
- Manage transportation logistics, including freight carrier selection, import/export compliance, and hazmat handling.
- Own cost and lead time optimization, freight payment, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) Logistics, RMA, EOL, and scrap processes.
