Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to understand and utilize coaching and feedback.
- Demonstrated caring, supportive, and friendly nature.
- Computer literacy, including experience with multiple monitors.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Results-oriented with the ability to provide recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email channels.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and follow-up questions.
- Research answers to inquiries using a provided knowledgebase.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in designated systems.
- Deliver exceptional service to create a positive customer experience.
