Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop clear business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with data analysis tools.
- Experience with SQL (a plus).
- Ability to move beyond reporting metrics by understanding business drivers and forming actionable points of view.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership of hands-on operational work rather than focusing only on strategy or analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders across different teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively without direct authority and influence teams toward shared goals.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, operational challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Develop clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights and expected business impact.
- Create and execute project plans with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives forward and ensure successful execution.
- Take ownership of operational projects by managing details, solving problems, and keeping initiatives on track.
- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and repeatable processes to monitor KPIs and communicate performance trends.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of launched initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend adjustments.
- Support leadership decision-making by providing clear analysis, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
