Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving projects without formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on operational mindset and project execution ability.
- SQL experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose business metrics by analyzing data to identify performance drivers.
- Formulate and propose data-backed strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute concrete project plans with clear deliverables.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- Track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of launched initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.
