Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning functions within manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading operational transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SI&OP, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to executive-level audiences.
- Experience working in collaborative, matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Own, develop, and continuously improve a best-in-class Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process.
- Lead monthly SI&OP cycles including product, demand, supply, reconciliation, and executive review processes.
- Present planning outcomes, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand effectively.
- Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate ERP loading of reconciled demand plans across sites.
- Define and report key SI&OP and operational performance metrics.
- Develop scenario-based models to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption to strengthen planning capabilities.
- Act as a change leader by promoting best practices and building organizational alignment.
