Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning functions within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience leading operational transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SI&OP, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to executive-level audiences.
  • Experience working in collaborative, matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop, and continuously improve a best-in-class Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process.
  • Lead monthly SI&OP cycles including product, demand, supply, reconciliation, and executive review processes.
  • Present planning outcomes, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand effectively.
  • Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate ERP loading of reconciled demand plans across sites.
  • Define and report key SI&OP and operational performance metrics.
  • Develop scenario-based models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and technology adoption to strengthen planning capabilities.
  • Act as a change leader by promoting best practices and building organizational alignment.
