Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in payer strategy, managed care, healthcare partnerships, or business development.
- Deep understanding of managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HCBS, PACE, and GUIDE ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success developing payer partnerships and value-based care models.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen with experience evaluating reimbursement models and partnership economics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within matrixed healthcare organizations.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience developing business cases, growth models, and KPI frameworks.
- Experience in home care, home health, post-acute care, or related sectors strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise payer and partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives and market expansion.
- Create differentiated payer value propositions highlighting operational and clinical capabilities.
- Build executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for payer leaders.
- Lead discussions around value-based care arrangements, reimbursement structures, and quality incentive programs.
- Identify and expand strategic partnerships with managed care organizations and healthcare systems.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving operations, clinical, finance, and legal teams.
- Represent the organization in industry meetings and strategic partner engagements.
