Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and owning renewal or retention targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to discuss pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, sales tools, dashboards, and structured account management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account data, identify risks, and prioritize actions.
  • Proactive and resilient approach, comfortable handling objections, challenges, and customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, governance, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing activities based on account value, renewal risk, and business impact.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, tracking upcoming renewals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and ensuring timely contract completion.
  • Lead commercial conversations around pricing, discounts, contract terms, and multi-year commitments while protecting business value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending additional solutions, frameworks, or plan upgrades.
  • Monitor account health indicators, including usage patterns, payment status, renewal timelines, and engagement signals to proactively address risks.
  • Prevent churn by identifying potential issues early and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
  • Use CRM systems, workflows, dashboards, and structured processes to efficiently manage customer interactions and renewal activities.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and compliance teams to resolve issues and support successful renewals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including renewal stages, account risks, customer conversations, and negotiation outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on renewal performance, account health, risks, and expansion opportunities.
