Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform, Product).
- Experience within a high-growth tech startup.
- Technical fluency in Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-find engineering talent.
- Experience building pipelines when traditional channels are insufficient.
- Experience with data and analytics to track pipeline health.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
- Domain expertise in open-source or developer tools companies is a plus.
- Experience hiring for distributed, remote-first engineering teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally.
- Serve as the first EMEA-based technical recruiter and establish hiring practices for the region.
- Proactively source and engage passive technical talent from open-source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities.
- Champion a structured interview process, utilizing scorecards to reduce bias.
- Maintain strict data integrity within the ATS, Ashby, to inform hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles.
