Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth tech startup.
- Experience spanning multiple functions rather than a single specialty.
- Based in Germany.
- Proven ability to move comfortably between hiring for technical and go-to-market roles.
- Builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Data-centric approach to tracking pipeline health and informing decisions.
- High EQ and strong active listening skills.
- Experience with Ashby (bonus).
- Background in HR operations, employee relations, or onboarding (bonus).
- Domain expertise in open-source technology, developer tools, or Kubernetes (bonus).
- Experience hiring for distributed, remote-first teams (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring process across Engineering, Product, Go to Market, and corporate roles globally.
- Serve as the first EMEA-based recruiter and local point of contact for European candidates.
- Build hiring practices, market knowledge, and candidate networks to support regional growth.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent across technical, sales, marketing, and operations networks.
- Champion structured interview processes and use scorecards consistently to reduce bias.
- Maintain strict data integrity within the ATS, Ashby.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
