Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.
- Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with executive audiences.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Willingness to travel for event execution.
- Experience supporting executive engagement or customer advisory board programs (preferred).
- Experience building customer communities or membership-based programs (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Tableau (preferred).
- Experience working with global or international marketing teams (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, logistics, execution, and measurement of invitation-only CXO events including summits and roundtables.
- Transform the CXO Program into a year-round executive community through forums, newsletters, and exclusive resources.
- Manage the CXO program's digital presence and coordinate executive content across channels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, Sales, and Marketing to define program objectives and ensure alignment.
- Support global program expansion by documenting frameworks and partnering with international marketing teams.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure engagement and business impact for senior leadership.
