Responsibilities
- Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing such as FCEs for patients.
- Review incoming referrals and medical documentation for accuracy and scheduling readiness.
- Match patients to appropriate clinics or specialists using internal tools.
- Serve as a primary contact for case managers, attorneys, and external partners.
- Monitor scheduling reports to identify trends and resolve operational issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics and referral partners.
