- 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and techniques for daily productivity and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computers and tools such as Zoom Workplace, Excel, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Reach out to qualified leads via phone and convert them into members.
- Guide potential members through the enrollment process.
- Apply closing techniques to address concerns and overcome objections.
- Engage with members empathetically to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and customer service teams to provide accurate support.
