Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in international business development, distributor management, or commercial management.
- Experience within FMCG, nutrition, food, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multiple international markets and working with external distribution partners.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret business performance metrics.
- Proven track record of building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and external business partners.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Business-fluent French language skills required for contract negotiation and relationship management.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with third-party distributors across France, the Nordics, and future European markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to support international expansion strategy.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with existing and prospective distributor partners.
- Drive distributor performance by providing strategic guidance on brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and in-market activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and other relevant market stakeholders.
- Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development.
- Collaborate with the International Growth Team on commercial strategy, pricing, and key growth initiatives.
- Analyze commercial performance and financial KPIs to support business decisions.
