Requirements
- 10 years of SaaS Product Management experience.
- 3 years of experience managing complex products that rely on integrations.
- Experience building product strategy and supporting roadmaps.
- Full-lifecycle management experience for new products.
- B2B experience including working with Fortune 500 customers.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams, schedules, and decisions.
- Experience working with India-based Engineering & QA teams.
- Experience driving all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including iteration themes, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
- Proficiency in defining and prioritizing detailed product requirements.
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve release dependencies and risks.
Responsibilities
- Implement a structured process for handling GTM-related product requests, including intake, triage, and prioritization.
- Develop a tracking system for quarterly CX priorities to improve visibility for business stakeholders.
- Manage roadmap execution, process improvements, and formalize coordination meetings and milestones.
- Drive AI-related product management, including pricing and GTM coordination across programs.
- Overhaul the release notes process to improve curation, quality, and delivery, exploring AI-driven customization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate customer expansion and retention planning into roadmap development.
- Explore AI-enabled tools to improve roadmap planning, customer communication, and data evaluation.
