Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management.
- Strong track record as a growth or activation PM on consumer or prosumer products.
- Experience owning and moving a product funnel through product levers.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze product experiments.
- Strong data literacy and ability to read data critically.
- Expertise in growth outcomes related to onboarding, activation, and engagement.
- Exceptional product judgment and ability to make difficult prioritization decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments.
- Fintech and card product experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth product roadmap for the card product.
- Shape product experiences that drive customer adoption and first-use.
- Drive conversion and activation metrics across the funnel from first touch to repeat use.
- Design and ship experiments across the product to identify growth levers.
- Partner with card teams to identify and resolve friction in early product moments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing.
