- Proven track record of managing and setting direction for high-performing PMs
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and define problems from scratch
- Experience driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Effective communication skills with engineering, AI, GTM, and customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed, quality, and scale
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics before building
- Operate in high ambiguity to shape opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production while making key trade-off decisions
- Own a portfolio of solutions, setting priorities across multiple parallel customer engagements
- Support and mentor PMs in their day-to-day operations to ensure successful product implementation
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions to push for platform reuse and productization
