Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on a technical platform (database, data infrastructure, dev tools, or AI infrastructure).
- Technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure, including vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, and model serving.
- Proven ability to start with the customer and work backwards, including writing PRFAQs before code.
- Engineering credibility and experience making clear, decisive tradeoff calls.
- Demonstrated experience building with frontier AI models, APIs, and modern developer ecosystems.
- Strong written communication skills for creating alignment through PRFAQs and PRDs.
- Proven shipping record of taking products from PRFAQ to launch and adoption.
- Familiarity with Anthropic's Claude stack is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools in daily product management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product execution for a defined AI capability area within the portfolio.
- Author PRFAQs and PRDs based on validation with real, named enterprise customers.
- Partner with engineering to guide architecture, set scope, and ensure product quality through to launch.
- Collaborate with GTM, sales, and marketing teams to provide positioning, demos, and customer proof points.
- Engage with design partners to bring real-world customer feedback into the roadmap.
- Coordinate across the broader platform organization to ensure AI capabilities integrate cleanly with core database and mobile/edge products.
- Adopt and promote AI-driven product management practices (AI-DLC) across the team.
- Mentor associate and early-career product managers.
