Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, purchasing, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
- Experience with financial modeling (preferred).
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting (preferred).
- Experience in SaaS or Education (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
- Create financial models and conduct trend analysis.
- Execute ad hoc financial and operational analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy.
- Maintain finance and operations data integrity.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
