Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or another quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
- Proven experience supporting pricing decisions, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities to translate data into business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies, profitability drivers, revenue management, and cost structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify actionable solutions from complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining financial concepts to various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with accuracy.
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with reporting, planning, or business intelligence tools; enterprise analytics platform experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and pricing analyses for new business opportunities and commercial initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to understand business drivers and operational considerations.
- Analyze revenue and client performance data to identify risks and margin improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing strategy through scenario modeling, benchmarking, and forecasting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor commercial metrics and pricing performance.
- Track the implementation and financial outcomes of commercial initiatives.
- Provide leadership teams with actionable insights based on financial and operational trends.
- Improve commercial finance processes and analytical tools for increased efficiency.
