Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years as an account manager, leading or supervising sales teams, or related experience.

- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how decisions impact profitability and growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead a specialized, high-impact team while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day execution.
- Strategically delegate responsibilities, leveraging advanced judgment to align tasks with individual strengths and company policies.
- Tailor coaching style to individual team members using different methods and evaluation criteria.
- Oversee all aspects of team daily operations, including productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and call performance.
- Prepare performance evaluations and conduct meetings with team members by scheduled deadlines.
- Partner with Outside Sales Channel Managers and Strategic Account Managers to align the team with the company's shared vision.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate Inside Sales policies, procedures, and systems to drive improvements.
