Requirements
- Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred.
- At least three years of Healthcare, Medical Management, or Remote Management experience.
- Highly proficient in written and oral English.
- One year of Training and Development experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 100mb/s primary, 20mb/s backup).
- Hardware requirements including Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5 (8GB RAM) minimum and UPS power supply.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client targets.
- Partner with clients to create task lists that drive productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using all available company services.
- Manage client needs, including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, and handling high-level escalations.
- Maintain congruence between virtual assistant performance and client expectations.
