Requirements

Degree-educated in industrial engineering, business, finance, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, business analysis, or management consulting.
Proven experience mapping, documenting, and improving end-to-end business processes.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and at least one project management tool like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and solve complex operational problems independently.
Willingness to commit to a full one-month intensive training program prior to placement.
Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a working computer.

Responsibilities

Rebuild weekly KPI dashboards to ensure leadership has access to live data.
Run weekly leadership meetings, managing agendas, decision tracking, and follow-through.
Audit and optimize the existing software stack to remove redundancies and improve connectivity between platforms.
Develop and implement AI-driven workflows and agents to automate repetitive tasks.
Document team workflows and restructure roles to improve organizational efficiency and accountability.
Create and manage SOPs for critical business processes to reduce single points of failure.
