- Comfortable across the full stack or deeply specialized in backend or infrastructure.
- Product-minded with a focus on end-user impact.
- Startup-proven or ready to handle ambiguity and quick iteration.
- Autonomous with a bias for action and ability to move fast.
- Strong communication skills for collaborative, remote, async-first environments.
- Proficiency with languages such as TypeScript, Python, Go, Node.js, Java.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as React, Next.js, Django, FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud and DevOps tools like AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Experience with data and AI tools like Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Snowflake, LangChain, vector DBs, OpenAI APIs.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy systems from the ground up using serverless, containerized, or cloud-native frameworks.
- Build AI-powered features such as interview coaching tools, skills matrices, or generative assistants.
- Create complex data pipelines and integrations in domains like fintech, logistics, or healthcare.
- Improve developer experience through clean CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and dev infrastructure.
- Own full-stack product delivery alongside product and design, from rapid prototyping through to scale.
