Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality software products.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Ruby, or Go.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures to power products.
- Collaborate with founders to define technical strategy and business alignment.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack.
- Establish software development best practices and help shape engineering culture.
