Requirements
- Proven track record managing complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Experience owning strategic partnerships, including tooling and workflow optimization.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service-level targets.
- Comfort operating with significant autonomy.
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for on-site support.
- Experience mentoring or training team members.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage onboarding across all segments, including complex, multi-provider, multi-location, and compliance-specific setups.
- Own a portfolio of up to 25 onboardings plus additional advanced provider onboardings at any given time.
- Provide high-touch, on-site support to top-tier accounts to strengthen relationships and ensure successful launches.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partnerships, driving the optimization of tooling, workflows, and processes.
- Lead by example on performance targets and translate performance data into actionable strategies.
- Improve handoff processes and knowledge sharing between teams.
- Mentor and train junior onboarding managers through shadowing and best-practice guidance.
- Take ownership of revenue outcomes tied to launches.
