Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6-8+ years of experience in banking, payments, financial services, or strategic account management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, digital payment processing, and related business systems.
- Ability to quickly develop expertise in emerging technologies, including mobile wallet solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with large-scale clients, strategic partners, payment processors, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide proactive, consultative support to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technology, operations, compliance, and risk to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead product enhancements, program updates, and functionality rollouts.
- Manage client requests regarding changes, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Support strategic planning and develop long-term account growth strategies.
- Coordinate complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive solutions.
- Ensure programs are managed effectively while minimizing operational and financial risk.
