Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in site lead, project management, or program management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in DoD contracting across technical and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments, program structures, and government contracting frameworks.
- Knowledge of PMO processes, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Strong business acumen, including experience in strategic planning and financial management.
- Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance and eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and management for programs, projects, and personnel within the SIT Group.
- Organize project workloads, assign responsibilities, and select qualified personnel for tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent operational performance and efficiency.
- Manage budgets for assigned units with full P&L accountability.
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture and mentor staff members.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand revenue and the customer pipeline.
- Oversee proposal development, including team coordination and quality assurance.
- Manage relationships with program stakeholders and leadership contacts.
