Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Project Management.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation or digital products.
- Strong expertise in process analysis and business discovery.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with RPA solutions and intelligent automation technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in web application delivery.
- Experience with modern AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude).
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation opportunities from intake and discovery to deployment.
- Own intake, feasibility assessment, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align on business objectives.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Develop detailed delivery plans, including resource planning and effort estimation.
- Track and report KPIs, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and process optimization.
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Claude) and automation frameworks to deliver solutions.
