Requirements
- Experience working within healthcare, health technology, or other regulated industries.
- Experience configuring or administering SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into accurate platform configurations.
- Strong documentation skills with experience developing runbooks and SOPs.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve operational issues.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the uMed platform to support new studies, product capabilities, and operational processes.
- Configure platform settings, workflows, communications, templates, questionnaires, reference data, and other configurable platform components.
- Translate product requirements into operational platform configurations in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Validate platform configurations before release to ensure alignment with business and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive runbooks, user guides, and standard operating procedures for configuration activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate repetitive operational processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to manage operational dependencies.
