Requirements

  • Experience in finance transformation with a track record of leading cross-functional change.
  • Process improvement expertise (redesigning business processes and simplifying workflows).
  • Project and change management skills with experience in transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders across teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, process controls, risk management, and audit requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability using data to identify root causes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to define automation opportunities and partner with technical teams for implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign finance processes, governance, and ways of working for scalable growth.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation.
  • Eliminate manual work through process automation in partnership with technical teams.
  • Design and maintain simple, well-controlled finance processes that meet audit and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain finance model, process documentation, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and measuring performance via KPIs.
  • Partner across finance, data, and technology teams to deliver lasting operational improvements.
  • Improve quality of finance data and planning models.
  • Manage the finance change portfolio and coordinate multiple improvement initiatives.
  • Coach colleagues on operational excellence and best practices.
