Requirements
- 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
- Prior customer service background.
- Near-native written English proficiency (9+/10 self-rating).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Basic proficiency with Canva or Photoshop.
- Ability to manage tasks from multiple stakeholders.
- Reliable time zone overlap with US Eastern (3–4 hrs/day minimum).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Amazon listing health and flag issues such as Buy Box loss or content violations.
- Respond to Amazon customer messages and support email inquiries within 24 hours.
- Manage and maintain Shopify and TikTok Shop backend store updates.
- Ensure pricing consistency across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Perform basic image editing for listings using Canva or Photoshop.
- Conduct supplier research on Alibaba and 1688 and build vendor comparison reports.
- Provide data entry and reporting support for various department heads.
